Closing out the SIX TO NINE series, Haruka will deliver a dynamic set weaving together electro and house, with touches of disco, hip-hop, and rock layered throughout. Our exhibitions On Education and Esben Weile Kjær: SHELL will be on view across the campus, and from 7–8pm artist and choreographer Barnett Cohen will lead a public rehearsal for his upcoming Fall performance at Amant titled anyyywayyy whatever on our outdoor lot located at 316 Ten Eyck.
SIX TO NINE is a summer program series where Amant extends hours until 9pm on Fridays to host live DJ sets, open exhibitions, and drinks. All ages and music lovers are welcome.
Haruka is a musician and DJ based in New York City, originally from Japan. She regularly performs at Brooklyn venues such as Bossa Nova Civic Club, Nowadays, Elsewhere, and Mood Ring, and has played sets at the influential BOUND and Fourth World parties.
