Each residency period has a duration of three months, with four residents at a time. There is a Fall residency and a Spring residency.
We provide our residents with a studio, a monthly expense allowance and round-trip transportation from their original locations. Residents are encouraged to obtain funding from external sources to cover additional expenses during their stay in the city. Artists who wish to apply to other funds are provided with an invitation letter at their request.
Residents are selected through a nomination process once a year. We don’t accept unsolicited applications.
Questions about the residency can be addressed to residencies@amant.org.
